Admission begins with a conversation and is accompanied step by step
The goal is not simply to fill a place. We want every family to understand the project, the team to know the student and the transition to make sense for everyone.
That is why the process combines a visit, information, interview, pedagogical assessment and clear communication.

We have organised the process so each decision comes with information, time and a pedagogical view of the student’s stage.

A first visit to understand the school, see the environment and identify the stage that best fits your child.

Information pack
We share the key information your family needs to review the educational proposal with clarity and time.

Application submission
The family formally begins the process through the initial application form.

Educational interview
The team gets to know the student, the family context and the kind of support the transition may require.

Application review
When appropriate, this includes a classroom observation or trial period lasting between one and seven days.

Decision by email
The decision is shared clearly so your family can move forward with confidence.

Place offer
If the application is successful and there is availability, the school offers a place.

Enrollment confirmation
The enrollment payment confirms the place and allows the school to prepare a thoughtful start.
Admission criteria
Limited places, clear criteria and careful assessment
When places are limited, order matters. Continuity, Montessori experience, pedagogical fit and the real possibility of providing good support matter too.
Family Continuity
Students already enrolled or with siblings enrolled at the school.
Montessori Experience
A previous Montessori background or meaningful experience with the method.
Interview and Adaptation
A positive interview and adaptation process.
Language Level
A high level of English in the student and/or family.

An individual assessment to ensure respect, inclusion and real resources
Admission for students with educational needs is handled case by case, in collaboration with the family and, when needed, external specialists.
Documentation
You can request a conversation with the team. Please do not send diagnoses or reports through the form; if needed, we will agree on an appropriate channel.
Meeting with the team
A conversation to understand the case and assess the adaptations that may be needed.
Viability and resources
After the observation or trial period, enrollment is assessed according to the resources available.
Ongoing follow-up
The school works alongside the family and outside specialists whenever needed.
Adaptation and welcome
Joining the school is prepared through connection, presence and gradual transition
Before the school year begins, we recommend children visit the school, meet the adults and start becoming familiar with the spaces and materials.
During the first days, a reference adult may accompany the child if the family wishes. The timing is agreed with the guide and withdrawn when the child has established enough connection with adults and peers.
The transition period is optional, gradual and agreed with the family and the guide.
The reference adult accompanies the child without interrupting the environment or the group rhythm.
In Elementary, if a transition period is needed, the reference adult remains outside the environment.
Validation process
Essential information for students coming from foreign education systems
Students join Primary and Secondary according to age. For ESO certification, official documentation and sworn translation may be required.
Students entering Primary or Secondary are placed according to age within the Spanish school system.
For ESO certification, families may need to provide a verified copy of the official diploma or school certificate from abroad.
Documents must be in Spanish or translated by a sworn translator.
A conditional enrollment receipt allows studies to continue while the official file is being processed.
