A team that accompanies with discernment, warmth and presence

Presence, discernment and care in every stage.

Our team

Guides and educators who understand pedagogy as a form of presence

We are a team committed to Montessori pedagogy, with experience across Children’s House, Workshop and Adolescence, and with a clear understanding of what meaningful guidance requires: observing, preparing the environment, calibrating the challenge and sustaining the relationship.

Bilingual learning, continuous training and close coordination across stages are part of our everyday practice. We want every child to find adults who are present, rigorous and genuinely close.

Educating well also means knowing how to work as a team: calmly, thoughtfully and with a shared vision of childhood.

Leadership and coordination

A shared vision of how to guide and shape school life

Pedagogical coordination ensures coherence across stages, truly prepared environments and a clear understanding for each family of their child’s process.

Rather than directing from a distance, the intention is to sustain a school culture in which the team observes, reflects and makes decisions through shared judgement.

We want a team that teaches with rigour and with humanity.

What sustains the practice

Three commitments that shape the team’s work

This is not only about individual profiles, but about a shared professional culture.

01

Montessori background

The team works from a deep understanding of the prepared environment, observation and the developmental rhythm of each stage.

02

Bilingualism with intention

At least one guide in each environment maintains strong or native English presence so language becomes a natural part of everyday life.

03

Ongoing learning

Continuous training, exchange among colleagues and reflective practice are part of the work itself, not occasional additions.

How we work

Observation, coordination and partnership with families

The team’s work is not only visible in the classroom. It is also present in follow-up meetings, in the preparation of environments, in the shared reading of each child’s process and in communication with families.

That is why we prefer to show here how guidance is coordinated, leaving the environments as context rather than the main subject of the page.

01

Follow-up meetings

The team shares observations and adjusts strategies so that each child finds the right challenge at the right moment.

02

Coherence across stages

Transitions are cared for so that each child’s development keeps continuity and meaning throughout the school journey.

03

Relationship with families

Communication is close and clear so that school and family can sustain a shared perspective on the child’s growth.

Meet the team

The best way to understand this team is to meet it in person
